Soundfair is a career management platform for independent artists that provides analytics, distribution tools, and direct-to-fan capabilities. We aggregate streaming data, provide insights, and offer tools to help artists build sustainable music careers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
